Dos Hombres Espadin Mezcal

Dos Hombres is a mezcal project founded by actors Aaron Paul and Bryan Cranston, who partnered with third-generation mezcalero Gregorio Velasco in San Luis del Río, Oaxaca.

This espadín mezcal is made from agave espadín, the most widely cultivated variety in Oaxaca, grown in the mineral-rich soils of the central valleys.

The piñas are roasted in underground pit ovens lined with volcanic rock, crushed, fermented in open-air wooden vats with wild yeasts and double-distilled in copper pot stills. The profile is smoky and sweet. At 42 percent ABV it is sipped neat or used in cocktails.
