Domaine De Canton French Ginger

Domaine de Canton is a French ginger liqueur created by brothers Robert and George Cooper, launched in 2006 and produced in the Cognac region of France. It is built on VSOP and XO Grande Champagne Cognac and infused with fresh baby Vietnamese ginger, harvested young when the rhizomes are aromatic and less fibrous.

It also uses honey from Provence, ginseng and Tahitian vanilla. The young ginger gives a brighter, more floral heat. At 28 percent ABV. It is used in Moscow Mule variations, ginger sours and punches, and lengthened with tonic or ginger beer over ice.
