Dillons - Gin Dry 7

Dillon's Small Batch Distillers operates out of the Niagara Peninsula in Ontario, where the team crafts spirits using a combination of traditional methods and locally sourced ingredients.

Gin Dry 7 takes its name from the seven botanicals that define its character: juniper, coriander, citrus peel, angelica root, orris root, cassia bark, and rose petals. This is a London Dry style gin, distilled in a copper pot still and bottled without added sugars or artificial flavoring.

The botanical bill leans classic but the rose petal addition brings a subtle floral lift that sets it apart from more austere examples of the style.

Dillon's sources many of their botanicals from their own gardens and nearby farms, reflecting a commitment to regional provenance that runs through their entire spirits lineup.

6% ABV, Gin Dry 7 holds up well in cocktails, making it a reliable choice for a gin and tonic or a Negroni where you want juniper to remain present without dominating. It also performs nicely in a simple martini for those who prefer a slightly softer, more aromatic pour.
