Clos Du Soleil - Signature Red

Signature is the flagship red of Clos du Soleil in BC's Similkameen Valley. For the 2021, the winery lists Merlot 34%, Cabernet Sauvignon 32%, Cabernet Franc 18%, Malbec 9% and Petit Verdot 7%. Each block was harvested by hand and fermented in concrete tanks with native yeasts, then aged 16 months in French oak. The winery made 637 cases, at 14.2% ABV. BC VQA.
