Clos Du Soleil - Fume Blanc

Clos du Soleil Fumé Blanc is a blend of Sauvignon Blanc and Sémillon, BC VQA British Columbia. The grapes are hand harvested, soaked on the skins for 2 hours, fermented in stainless steel and French oak puncheons, and aged on lees for 4 months. For the 2025, the winery lists 71% Sauvignon Blanc and 29% Sémillon from Dhaliwal Bros Vineyard in Oliver, at 12.4% ABV.
