Chum Churum - Yogurt Soju

Chum Churum Yogurt Soju is produced by Lotte Chilsung Beverage, one of South Korea's largest spirits producers. The name Chum Churum translates roughly as like the first time. It uses the standard Chum Churum soju base, a column-distilled grain spirit made primarily from tapioca and rice, with yogurt flavouring.

It is around 12 to 13 percent ABV and is served cold, straight or mixed into simple cocktails. The yogurt gives a mild tartness and a creamy sweetness. It is popular in Korean drinking culture and in Korean-style restaurants and bars across North America. It comes in a 360 ml bottle.
