Chum Churum - Saero Apricot Soju

Chum Churum is produced by Lotte Liquor, one of South Korea's largest spirits producers. The name translates roughly as like the first time. Saero is a newer expression developed for lighter, more fruit-forward soju.

The Apricot variant is flavoured with apricot essence at a gentle alcohol level typical of modern Korean soju. It uses column distillation with a diluted neutral grain base. It is soft, sweet and fruity. It is served chilled and straight, over ice, or mixed into soju sodas or fruit punches. This is the 375 ml size.
