Chum Churum - Peach Soju

Chum Churum is produced by Lotte Chilsung Beverage, one of South Korea's largest spirits producers. The name translates roughly as as if for the first time.

This peach expression is part of the flavoured soju lineup, built on a diluted neutral grain spirit softened with alkaline water from the mountains of Gangwon Province, which the brand credits for low bitterness.

Peach flavouring gives a sweet, fruit-forward profile at a lower ABV than traditional soju, typically around 13 percent. The 360 ml format is the standard single-serve size in Korea. It is served cold in small glasses and goes with Korean barbecue, fried chicken and light snacks, and is used in soju cocktails.
