Chum Churum - Peach Soju

Chum Churum is produced by Lotte Chilsung Beverage, one of South Korea's largest and most established spirits producers. The name translates roughly to 'as if for the first time,' a reference to the smooth, approachable character the brand is known for.

This peach expression is part of Lotte's flavoured soju lineup, built on a base of diluted neutral grain spirit softened with alkaline water drawn from the mountains of Gangwon Province, which the brand credits for its notably low bitterness.

Peach flavouring is blended in to create a sweet, fruit-forward profile that sits at a lower ABV than traditional soju, typically around 13 percent, making it an easy entry point for those new to the category. The 360ml format is the standard single-serve size common across the Korean market.

It is best served cold, straight from the fridge, in small glasses, and pairs naturally with Korean barbecue, fried chicken, or light snacks.
