Cantina Toblino - Vino Santo

Trentino's answer to Vin Santo, made from Nosiola grapes dried on reed mats above Lake Toblino. At this price and this richness, it belongs beside something salty enough to push back: aged Parmigiano, Gorgonzola dolce, or a dry almond biscotti that can take a long soak.
