Canadian Club Premium is produced by Beam Suntory at the Hiram Walker distillery in Windsor, Ontario. The brand dates to 1858, when Hiram Walker began producing a blended Canadian whisky that became popular on both sides of the border.

Canadian Club Premium is a blended whisky, meaning the component grain and flavouring whiskies are aged separately before blending, a method the distillery uses to achieve consistency across batches. The mashbill leans primarily on corn, with rye contributing spice and character to the blend.

It is aged for a minimum of six years in new and used oak barrels, giving it more time in wood than many other Canadian blends. At 40 percent ABV, it works in highballs, cocktails, or over ice. The 1.14 litre format is available at this location.
