Bushmills - 12 Year Old Irish Whiskey

Bushmills is in County Antrim on the north coast of Ireland, one of the oldest licensed distilleries in the world, with records dating to 1608. The 12 Year Old is triple distilled and matured for a minimum of twelve years in former Oloroso sherry casks and bourbon barrels.

It is an Irish single malt with fruit-forward sweetness, a honeyed quality and gentle spice, unpeated. The distillery sources its barley locally and uses water from the River Bush. It is served neat or with a small splash of water.
