Bumbu Craft Rum is produced in Barbados and blends spirits from across the Caribbean, including Panama and Jamaica.
It is a blend of pot still and column still distillates aged for up to 15 years in American oak, then finished with a blend of natural spices and fruit botanicals inspired by sailor recipes from the 1600s and 1700s. It is a sweetened, flavoured rum in the dessert-forward style, not the traditional dry Caribbean style.
Rich and sweet with vanilla and caramel notes. It is sipped and used in rum cocktails.
