Brunello Di Montalcino - Altesino 2020

Altesino is one of the original Brunello estates, and the 2020 vintage ran hot and concentrated. This needs a table with weight behind it: bistecca, wild boar ragu, or aged pecorino to meet the tannin head-on and let the wine open up rather than overwhelm.
