Bowsaw Small Batch Bourbon is made in Kentucky. The name refers to the hand tools used by early settlers to clear forests and plant corn. It is distilled from a corn-dominant mashbill, as bourbon rules require, and aged in new charred American oak barrels. Small batch indicates a blend of selected barrels.
It carries no age statement. It is sipped neat and used in an Old Fashioned or Whiskey Sour. This is a 750 ml bottle at standard proof.
