What distinguishes this London Dry gin is its vapor infusion process, where the spirit passes through a copper basket holding ten botanicals rather than steeping them directly in the liquid. This gentler extraction yields a lighter, more delicate character than traditional methods.

The botanical bill includes juniper from Tuscany, coriander from Morocco, licorice from China, orris root from Italy, angelica, cassia bark, cubeb berries from Java, grains of paradise from West Africa, almonds from Spain, and lemon peel from Murcia.
