Bombay Sapphire London Dry 375ml

Bombay Sapphire is produced at Laverstoke Mill in Hampshire, England, a site dating back to 1086 that is now a distillery.

This London Dry gin is made by vapour infusion, in which the spirit passes through a copper basket holding ten botanicals rather than steeping them in the liquid, giving a lighter, more delicate character.

The botanicals are juniper from Tuscany, coriander from Morocco, licorice from China, orris root from Italy, angelica, cassia bark, cubeb berries from Java, grains of paradise from West Africa, almonds from Spain and lemon peel from Murcia. The sapphire blue bottle has been recognized since its 1987 launch.

At 40 percent ABV. It is used in a gin and tonic with citrus garnish, a Martini, a Tom Collins and a French 75. This is the 375 ml size.
