Bombay Sapphire London Dry

Bombay Sapphire is produced at Laverstoke Mill in Hampshire, England, a historic site converted into a distillery with glasshouses that grow some of the botanicals.

This London Dry gin is made by vapour infusion, where spirit passes through copper baskets holding ten botanicals rather than boiling them directly, giving a lighter, more aromatic character.

The botanicals are juniper from Tuscany, coriander from Morocco, licorice from China, almonds from Spain, lemon peel from Spain, orris root from Italy, angelica from Saxony, cassia bark from Indochina, cubeb berries from Java and grains of paradise from West Africa.

The profile is floral and citrus-forward with juniper at the core. At 40 percent ABV. It is used in a gin and tonic, a Negroni and a French 75.
