Bombay Sapphire - East London Dry 50ml

Bombay Sapphire East is produced by Bacardi at the Laverstoke Mill distillery in Hampshire, England, a restored historic paper mill. The East expression adds two botanicals to the original ten, Thai lemongrass and Vietnamese black pepper, giving a spicier, more aromatic profile.

The original botanicals include juniper, coriander, angelica root, orris root, grains of paradise, cubeb berries, cassia bark, almonds and lemon peel. Laverstoke uses vapour infusion, where the botanicals sit in copper baskets through which the spirit vapour passes, giving a lighter extraction than direct maceration.

It is 42 percent ABV. It is used in a gin and tonic or a cocktail where spice and aromatic lift are wanted. This is the 50 ml size.
