Bombay Sapphire East is produced by Bacardi at the Laverstoke Mill distillery in Hampshire, England, a restored historic paper mill that has been converted into a modern gin production facility.

The standard Bombay Sapphire is one of the most recognized London Dry gins in the world, and the East expression builds on that foundation by adding two botanicals to the original ten: Thai lemongrass and Vietnamese black pepper.

These additions push the profile toward something spicier and more aromatic than the classic recipe, which already includes juniper, coriander, angelica root, orris root, grains of paradise, cubeb berries, cassia bark, almonds, and lemon peel.
