Belvedere

Belvedere is produced at the Polmos Zyrardow distillery in Poland, a facility with roots dating back to 1910. The vodka is made exclusively from Dankowskie Gold rye, a single-variety Polish rye grown in the Mazovian Plains, and blended with water drawn from the distillery's own artesian wells.

The production process involves four rounds of distillation followed by a final charcoal filtration, which contributes to the vodka's notably smooth and clean profile. Belvedere carries a PDO designation, meaning it is legally recognized as a product tied to a specific place and tradition within Poland.

The result is a vodka that retains a subtle grain character, a faint natural sweetness, and a creamy mouthfeel that distinguishes it from neutral grain spirits designed simply to disappear into cocktails.

At the 375ml size it offers an accessible entry point into the bottle, making it a reasonable option for someone wanting to evaluate it before committing to a full bottle.

It works well served simply chilled and neat, where the rye character can be appreciated, but holds its own in a clean martini or a simple vodka soda where texture matters as much as flavour.
