Beefeater London Dry Gin

Beefeater London Dry Gin has been produced in London since 1863. The Kennington distillery, now led by master distiller Desmond Payne, continues the tradition established by pharmacist James Burrough.

The nine botanicals are juniper, coriander seed, angelica root, angelica seed, orris root, lemon peel, orange peel, liquorice and almonds. They are steeped in neutral grain spirit for 24 hours before distillation, a longer maceration than many gins.

As a London Dry, no artificial flavours or sweeteners are added after distillation. The gin is crisp and juniper-forward with balanced citrus and spice. It is used in a martini, gin and tonic or Negroni.
