Bareksten - Botanical Aquavit

Bareksten Botanical Aquavit is produced by Bareksten Spirits, a Norwegian distillery founded by Stig Bareksten in Bergen on Norway's west coast. It is made from a Norwegian grain spirit infused with a botanical blend that goes beyond the traditional caraway and dill.

Stig Bareksten has said he uses over thirty botanicals. Caraway is the anchor, supported by angelica, juniper and spice and citrus elements. It sits between a classic Scandinavian aquavit and a botanical spirit like a craft gin. This is a 750 ml bottle. It is served neat, chilled or in cocktails.
