Baileys - Original Irish Cream

Baileys Original Irish Cream is produced by R. A. Bailey and Co. in Dublin, Ireland, where it was first created in 1974. It combines Irish whiskey with fresh dairy cream from Irish farms, along with cocoa and vanilla extracts. A proprietary emulsification technique blends the cream and whiskey without separation.

Baileys uses whiskey from the Midleton Distillery and cream from a cooperative of Irish dairy farms. At 17 percent alcohol by volume. It is used in espresso martinis, mudslides and Irish coffee, poured over ice, or drizzled into hot chocolate. Store refrigerated after opening and use within six months.
