Bacardi Superior White is produced at the Bacardi distillery in Puerto Rico. The brand's heritage began in Santiago de Cuba in 1862. The rum is column-distilled with a proprietary yeast strain, aged in American white oak barrels for up to two years and charcoal filtered, which removes the colour.
It is a light-bodied white rum with a clean, neutral profile and mild sweetness with soft fruit notes. It is used in daiquiris, mojitos and highballs.
