Bacardi Gold 375ml

Bacardi Gold is produced by Bacardi Limited, with its primary rum production in Puerto Rico. Bacardi's origins trace to Santiago de Cuba in 1862, and the company moved operations after the Cuban Revolution.

This gold rum is made with a continuous column still and aged in charred American white oak barrels for one to two years, which gives its amber colour and mellow character. Bacardi uses a proprietary yeast descended from the original Cuban stock. The rum is charcoal filtered.

It sits between the unaged Bacardi Superior and the longer-aged Bacardi Añejo in the portfolio. It is used in Cuba Libres and daiquiris, where its caramel notes and oak influence come through. This is the 375 ml size.
