Bacardi

Bacardi has roots in Cuba in 1862, when Facundo Bacardí Massó founded the original distillery in Santiago de Cuba. After the Cuban Revolution, production shifted to Puerto Rico, where most Bacardi Superior is made today at one of the largest rum distilleries in the world.

It is made with a column still, charcoal filtered and rested in white oak barrels before bottling. It is a dry, mild white rum used in the Daiquiri and the Mojito. Puerto Rico's regulations require ageing and quality checks. This is the 750 ml size.
