Appleton Estate Signature Blend

Appleton Estate Signature Blend comes from the Nassau Valley in Jamaica, where the distillery has produced rum since 1749, making it one of the oldest continuously operating sugar estates and distilleries in the Caribbean. It combines pot still and column still distillates.

The blend contains rums aged a minimum of four years in once-used American oak bourbon barrels, though no age statement appears on the label. Jamaica's tropical climate speeds maturation. The profile is ripe tropical fruit, molasses sweetness and the funk of Jamaican rum.

Appleton uses limestone-filtered water from the local aquifer and its own yeast strains. It is served neat, on the rocks or in rum cocktails.
