Amaro - Stambecco 50ml

Stambecco is an Italian amaro produced by Distilleria Bepi Tosolini, a family-owned distillery in Udine, in Friuli-Venezia Giulia. The Tosolini family has distilled since 1943. Stambecco is named after the Alpine ibex.

The recipe uses herbs, roots and spices in the northern Italian amaro tradition, giving a bittersweet liqueur with pronounced herbal character and moderate sweetness. At around 35 percent ABV it is served as a digestif or used in cocktails that call for a bitter, herbaceous element.

It is served neat at room temperature, lightly chilled or over a single large ice cube. This is the 50 ml size.
