Absolut Raspberri is part of the flavoured line from Absolut, based in Åhus in southern Sweden, where the brand has distilled continuously since 1879. The vodka is made from winter wheat grown in the Skåne region using continuous distillation, and the grain, water and distillery all come from the same area.
Raspberri adds natural raspberry flavour to the wheat-based spirit, giving a fruit-forward vodka with a clean, candied raspberry character. It is used in simple cocktails with lemonade or soda water, and in punches and spritzers.
